I’m Jess and welcome to Jess Wellness.

Over years of involvement in many aspects of fitness and food I have gained a thorough understanding of my clients needs. I understand the importance of making exercise interesting and enjoyable. My personalised training programmes and my caring and considered approach make the Jess Wellness experience truly unique. Wellbeing of the mind is as important as the body.

My programmes are individually tailored to benefit the client; irrespective of age and fitness. Together we can create a specific combination of exercise and nutrition that will make a difference.
